The variety of events planned for 2009 offers something for everyone, from terrific dining experiences to tours of some of Wichita’s hidden treasures. Turkey Drive

The 18th Annual Turkey Drive hosted by B98-FM/Clear Channel Radio on behalf of Open Door was a great success this past November 2008. The day of the drive, we collected 2,364 turkeys, hundreds of pounds of other foods, and more than $30,000 in cash donations.

The 19th Annual Turkey Drive, again hosted by B98-FM/Clear Channel Radio on behalf of Open Door's Community Food Ministry, is scheduled for Friday, November 20, 2009.

Faces of Hope Project

A Bi-annual organizational fundraiser where area artists and celebrities unite to create works of art to change lives. Proceeds have traditionally supported the programs of the Homeless Services Division of Open Door.
